For the price we paid, Hotel Nivy offered great value. The room was comfortable and up to par with the hotel's star rating. The hotel's location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby and just a short drive to the city. The staff were fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay.
One small suggestion to improve the breakfast experience would be to ensure that all menu options are available until the stated closing time.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was excellent, being within walking distance of the main attractions and shopping centers in the city.- I really enjoyed the breakfast provided, which offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer days. The staff had limited English-speaking capabilities, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
